1. Order

You can use the “search” field to view the relevant items directly. To do this, enter the name or item number if you know it. Alternatively, you can also search for keywords such as “t-shirt” or “glass”.

Simply enter the desired quantity of the item in the “quantity” field and place it in the shopping cart.
If your order quantity exceeds the available quantity, this will be directly displayed.
In the event of increased demand and overlapping orders, it may happen that an item is still shown as available even though it is already out of stock.
In this case, we will issue you a credit note for payments made by prepayment or PayPal.

When you order in the online shop, you will be asked to enter your personal data during checkout.
You have the choice of opening a customer account or continuing your order as a guest. If you do not wish to do this, please leave the password field blank.
Opening a customer account offers you the following advantages:
– Save your delivery addresses for subsequent orders
– Your shopping cart will be saved for your next visit
– Overview of your last orders as well as the processing status of your current order

The goods are delivered by DHL and only within the delivery countries specified in the order process. For further information, please refer to the section “payment methods and shipping costs”.

After we have received your order, we will immediately send you an electronic confirmation of receipt of your order to the email address you have provided.
If you have not received it, please also check your spam or trash/junk folder.

You can cancel orders that have not yet been paid in advance without any effort. Please inform us of the cancellation request by email under “contact”, stating your order number. Orders paid for by PayPal, credit card, direct debit, Sofort. and Amazon Payments are dispatched immediately and unfortunately cannot be delayed any longer. Your legal right of cancellation remains unaffected by this.

2. Payment

You will find an overview of payment methods and shipping costs in the “payment methods & shipping costs” section.

If you chose to prepay (pay in advance), you will receive a detailed order confirmation (value of goods plus shipping costs) and our bank details after we have received your order. Please transfer the amount due within 14 days, quoting your order confirmation number. As soon as we have received the payment, we will dispatch your order.

If the amount is not received by us within the specified payment period of 14 days, your order will be cancelled.

Via the payment service provider PayPal, we offer you multiple payment methods as PayPal Services (PayPal Plus). During the checkout process you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and confirm the payment with PayPal. You will receive further instructions during the checkout process.

If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, you have to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount or you have to register first and identify yourself with your access data. However, you can also use the guest payment option with PayPal. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of payment.

If you have chosen the payment option by credit card, you do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice. The payment transaction will be carried out and your card charged by your credit card company immediately after confirmation of payment and after your verification as a legitimate cardholder, as requested by PayPal.

If you have chosen the direct debit payment option, you do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice. By confirming the payment, you grant PayPal a direct debit authorisation. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit authorisation immediately after confirming the payment, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited.

For payment processing via PayPal, the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of PayPal apply – in addition to our General Terms and Conditions.

You can pay with your Visa/Master or AMEX credit card. You can find further information in the section “What is PayPal Plus?”

Yes, you can pay by direct debit. You can find further information in the section “What is PayPal Plus?”

Payments by Sofort. are completed like a normal online transfer at your bank. After completing your order, you will automatically be redirected to the payment form of Sofort GmbH, where you complete the order by entering your data (IBAN / BIC / PIN / TAN). Sofort. automatically sets up a transfer in your online bank account in real time. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the merchant’s bank account.

When paying with Amazon Payments, a payment order is sent to the payment service provider Amazon Payments at the same time as the order is submitted. The invoice amount will be debited from your Amazon Payments customer account after you have received our order confirmation. You will receive further instructions during the checkout process.

For technical reasons, unfortunately yes. It is not possible in any other way.

If you return items or if, for example, an item from your order is not available, you will receive a credit note. Depending on the payment method (prepayment or PayPal), this will be credited to your corresponding account.

3. Delivery / Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed or stated on the item, delivery will be made within 5 working days.

As soon as your DHL delivery leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains the tracking number (combination of numbers and letters to uniquely identify your parcel at DHL) to track the current status of delivery. Under Parcel Tracking you can enter the tracking number and view the parcel status.
If you have not received it, please also check your spam or trash/junk folder.

If our postal service provider does not manage to contact you, DHL will hand over the item to a spouse or a resident/neighbour at the address given in return for confirmation of receipt. If the DHL parcel could not be delivered to a alternative recipient, you will receive a notification card with which you can request a repeat delivery attempt or collect the parcel from the branch indicated within seven working days upon presentation of your ID. If the DHL parcel was not collected within the storage period or could not be left during a repeated delivery attempt, it is considered undeliverable and will be returned to the sender.

Yes, our postal service provider DHL also delivers to a specified PACKSTATION (DHL). Please enter this information in the delivery address field.

During the checkout process, you can also specify a delivery address that is different from the billing address.

4. Personal data

If you have filled out the password field, a customer account has been created for you. Your personal customer account can be viewed at any time in the “My account” area. You have the possibility to change your data or to view current and previous orders there.
To log in, enter your email address and your personal password.

Please click on the “Forgotten password” field in the “My account” area. Next, you will be asked to enter your email address. We will then email you a link to change your password.
