Consumer dispute resolution/universal arbitration board
We participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. The universal arbitration board of the “Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V.”, Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein (https://www.verbraucher-schlichter.de) is responsible.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are, in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
